What should I write?
It is asked that contributors look at the previous sentence that is displayed on the take-part page. The purpose of displaying the previous sentence is to provide you with inspiration to create your own sentence, however if it does not, please revisit the page at a later date to see if a new sentence inspires you.
Tip: Grab a pen and paper and write down the previous sentence. Now read the sentence and jot down the words that enter your mind, from this construct a sentence (max 12 words). Remember to ignore your inner critic, there is no ‘right or wrong’ with regard to what you create.
If you find that the previous sentence inspires you to change the direction of the poem entirely, then please do so!
